Gaurav Kalani was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited in 2018 and has been working with the Bajaj Group of Companies for nearly 15 years.

Before his current role as the CFO at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited, Gaurav was the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Bajaj Finserv, where he provided direction to business and ensured they were aligned with the overall business strategy. He was instrumental in devising several strategic plans for the Company, including arranging and executing AOPs and LRS, among other activities.

He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Vipin Arora is the Group Business Head for the Commercial Real Estate and Affordable Housing verticals at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited, and looks after Retail Loan Against Property. He is a seasoned mortgage professional with more than 19 years of experience in Sales and Underwriting. Before being appointed as the Group Business Head, he was the National Sales Head for Business Development in Corporate Lease Rental Discounting Loans.

In the past, Vipin has also worked with several reputable institutions such as ICICI Bank, Deutsche Post Bank HFC, Reliance Capital, and Dhanlaxmi Bank. He also led several associations with leading IPC and real estate firms.

He is a Chartered Accountant with experience in business development, analytics, and risk management.

Ajita Kakade is the Chief of Credit and Operations of our company. She has an extensive professional experience in customer service. Ajita has been working with Bajaj for 14 years, supervising and overseeing the strategy, planning, and execution of the organisation’s overall customer experience goals.

She has a strong background in leading and managing teams, having worked in industries such as telecom, DTH, and BPO. Her strategic thinking and ability to build customer awareness have contributed to increased customer satisfaction, retention, business expansion, and profitable revenue.

Gagandeep Malhotra is the Head of Credit and Wholesale Financing at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited. He leads the Residential and Commercial Real Estate portfolio, which includes lending to Developers and HNIs.

He has a vast experience in the financial sector spanning more than 17 years. He joined the Bajaj Finance Group in 2015 as the Head of Credit for SMEs and then rose through the ranks to become the Head of the Centre of Excellence in Credit Underwriting. In addition, he oversees Construction Finance, Lease Rental Discounting, and Loan Against Property.

Gagandeep has a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications from NIT Kurukshetra and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from IIT Kanpur.

Anurag Jain was appointed as the Chief Information and Technology Officer at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited in 2018. Prior to that, he was a member of the senior management team at Bajaj Finance Limited, where he led the Core Lending Projects vertical. He has over 25 years of expertise in the profession.

Anurag outlined the organisation's path for advanced core lending platform changes from the traditional system at Bajaj Finance. His primary objectives included developing a roadmap after analysing several options and benchmarking the process to ensure it was future ready. He customised procedures to match corporate needs, maximising productivity and cost-effectiveness.

He also achieved an industry-first milestone by developing an end-to-end business platform on the Cloud and effectively moving corporate data from legacy systems in record time. Anurag has received several awards and appreciations for his efforts and techniques that have improved the Company's infrastructure.

Anurag is an IIM Calcutta alumnus who has also defined IT procedures in other well-known worldwide corporations.

Jennifer Fernandes has been with the Bajaj Group since 2015 as Chief – Human Resources and Administration. Over her 20-year career, she has gained significant expertise in strategic HR initiatives and creative people management.

Jennifer has always distinguished herself by her remarkable managerial skills and expertise in critically analysing and optimising current policies and procedures. Her ability to effectively lead teams, communicate with cross-cultural resources, and collaborate closely with external consultants makes her an invaluable asset to the organisation.

Jennifer is a B.A. (Honours) in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA in Human Resources from the Xavier Institute of Social Services. She is acquainted with leading HR tools and can analyse and build appropriate solutions for a variety of circumstances.

Pradeep Parhi is the Business Head of Rural and Geo at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited. He is a Bajaj Group veteran who has worked with Bajaj Finance Limited for almost 16 years before joining Bajaj Housing Finance in May 2022.

As the Senior Head of Debt Management Services at Bajaj Finance Limited, he led the Debt Management team and was involved in both urban and rural collections. His assertive stance has contributed to the Company's development into previously unexplored sectors and the introduction of the ASSC/ANEX and external models in metropolitan areas.

Pradeep holds a Finance in MBA from ICFAI Kolkata. He also has an Executive MBA from IIM Lucknow.

 Naman Agarwal heads the internal audit function at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited. He has been working with the Bajaj Group for 12 years. Naman has won several accolades and honours, including two excelsior awards, in recognition of his contributions.

He has worked in the mortgage sector for more than 18 years, focusing on risk-related factors. He has previously worked with ICICI Bank & Indiabulls.

Naman is a Chartered Accountant who emphasises hard work, ethics, and humility as the pillars of personal and professional growth.

Biswaranjan Bastia is the Head of Insurance and Staffing services at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited. He has over 10 years of experience in the Bajaj Group. Before being appointed at Bajaj Housing Finance, he served as the Head of Life Insurance Partnership at Bajaj Finance till November 2018.

With an extensive professional experience, Biswaranjan has worked in a range of domains throughout the years, including mortgage lending, construction equipment financing, and insurance services. He established the Company's whole cross-sell system, including the design of the sales governance framework and claim management.

A veteran professional, Biswaranjan has worked for over 19 years in an array of corporates, including ICICI Bank, Citicorp Finance, SREI, Magma, and Tata Motors.

He graduated with a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from VSSUT and a PGDM from XIM, Bhubaneswar. Being a leader who believes in setting high standards and upholding them has enabled Biswaranjan to continuously soar to new heights.

Neel shah was appointed as the Head of Marketing at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited in 2021. He has been with the Bajaj Group for over 5 years now. He oversees the Company’s marketing, PR, branding, social media, and online initiatives, driving client acquisition through various digital touchpoints.

Neel started working for the Bajaj Group as a Senior Manager for SME, COE, and has subsequently managed several initiatives, including Campaign and CIBIL Watch. In particular, he played a key role in setting up and expanding the Digital Referral Program.

He has a robust 10 years of experience in a range of roles in the media and finance industries. He strongly believes in setting an example for others to follow, which has helped him motivate his team to take on more challenging projects with a strong sense of ownership.

He holds an M.Com from Ness Wadia College of Commerce and an MBA in Finance from SCMHRD.
